From the very first conversation to the final moments of our wedding day, Nicole was incredible. From late-night calls to in-person meetings (which somehow always turned into fun catch-ups while still getting everything done), she was calm, organized, and genuinely invested in us and our day.
Our wedding was in the Kruger National Park and Syzygy is based in Centurion, but distance was never an issue — Nicole made everything feel easy and seamless, no matter the distance.
She has an amazing way of pulling everyone together — DJ, MC, venue, photographers, cake, bridal party — and handled every detail with such grace. Even when challenges popped up on the day, she sorted them quietly and smoothly, allowing us to just enjoy every moment.
She also made all my indulgent wedding dreams come true 😍 A white jumping castle, balloon bubble, photo booth, sparklers, fog, popcorn machine, alcoholic slushies — she embraced it all and made it work beautifully.
What really stood out is how genuinely she cared. I never felt like Syzygy was trying to squeeze money out of us. Quite the opposite — Nicole was incredibly accommodating and helped me plan everything within my budget, without ever making me feel like I had to compromise on the experience.
